The HRAD is accountable for the provision of effective HR services in both emergencies and development programming contexts. S/he is responsible for all staff related areas, such as resource planning and recruitment, performance management, capacity development and staff wellbeing.

The role holder will play a key role in building the capacity of technical and operational colleagues and contribute directly to the effective implementation and management of cash programming that leads to improved choice and dignity amongst those individuals and families with whom SC works

The MEAL Specialist will be responsible for the overall MEAL deliverables of the URRI project. The URRI project objective is to contribute to enhanced climate resilience of women, men and youth in refugee and host communities and promote inclusive, cohesive, and environmentally sustainable development in refugee-affected areas in line with local priorities.

Ensure that MEAL planning and discussions are held with all TFC staff, partners, and key stakeholders before and after the refinement year meetings by liaising effectively and regularly with partner MEAL teams.

The Gender and Social Inclusion Coordinator will provide technical leadership and coordination to ensure gender equality and social inclusion are integrated into all aspects of the SIDA CSO Project.

The Data Management Officer will support the MEAL function for the Disaster Risk Management and Climate Resilience for improved outcomes of Children and Young People in Kasese District (DRM-CR4CYP) project.

The Program Officer, ECCD is responsible for effectively planning and efficiently managing and delivering the ECCD project components of Sponsorship within the Impact Area.

The project officer provides ongoing implementation, monitoring & evaluation and reporting in regard to the execution of child protection Humanitarian response activities.

Provide safe, efficient transport for staff, goods and documents; maintain vehicles and records; and support fleet/transport tasks in line with Save the Children policies, safety standards and child-safeguarding requirements.

Responsible for establishing, leading, and embedding SCI’s global data governance framework.

Responsible for managing, optimizing, and supporting SCI’s digital workplace solutions (including Microsoft 365, Azure, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and CoreView).

Provide legal advice and support to Save the Children’s country offices (particularly in West and Central Africa) and global teams.
