Monitor proposals pipeline and win rates, ensure that updated trackers are available for planning purposes, inform SMT.

Lead in conducting of the gender analysis to identify gender-specific needs, barriers, and opportunities within the project target districts to be used in the development of the resulting plans and activities.

Participate in planning efforts and ensure effective integration of climate change and adaptive programming activities.

Ensure that gender equality principles are integrated into the design, implementation, and evaluation of communication and behavior change programs.

Work with local communities to raise awareness of gender issues, challenge harmful gender norms, and promote gender-responsive behavior changes.

Support youth-led organization/networks/actors and other stakeholders to develop an engagement plan for key stakeholders.

Management of any HINGO staff and/or interns or secondments, in conjunction with host organization HR policies,

Support the Consortium partners in identifying opportunities for improving the quality and scope of the programme.

Ensure the quality of reporting data and verify those data and information from sources periodically on sample basis.

Ensure key contacts, required formats and donor compliance information are kept up to date at the country office level.

Develop and implement environmental management plans to mitigate negative impacts and enhance positive outcomes.

Coordinate the process of developing joint action plans with the involvement of all partners of the consortium
