Ensure that expenditures are within budgets and in compliance with commitments made in grants and work plans

Take care of the safety of staff and control ERA's expenditure by switching off electrical appliances in open areas every day as by given regulations.

Review the audited financial statements of Licensees vis a vis the assumptions embedded in the tariffs approved by the Authority

Implement vehicle maintenance schedules in line with the manufacturer’s and related departmental standards.

Maintain reliability of the ICT infrastructure (Hardware and Software) by monitoring, running tests, and troubleshooting.

Prepare for meetings, conferences, workshops, training and support with rapporteur and any other roles.

Ensure that program activities are of high quality and within the work plans, policies and procedures of the organization.

Serve refreshments to the Authority members on the days of meetings and attending to other visitors of the organization.

Support and guide in planning and implementation of data quality assessments (DQAs) on NTLP related data

Carry out impact studies of new and operational generation plants, new technologies and advise management accordingly.

Evaluate the electricity grid continuously and advice on interventions to optimize its utilization and expansion in line with government policies and plans.

Maintain an accurate record of all motor vehicle log books, driving licensees of Transport Facilitators and ensure timely renewal of licensees and insurance
