Job Description
Provide cleaning and equipment management services to promote, maintain cleanliness, orderliness and proper hygiene within ERA premises in line with the Human Resource and Administration Department guidelines
Duties and Responsibilities
Allocate cleaning roles to service providers on a daily basis in line with the given agreement.
Provide and use a checklist for distributing sanitary items in ERA premises in line with the given agreement
Provide and use a checklist for maintaining ERA compound in line with the given agreement
Open and close windows at the end of every working day.
Take care of the safety of staff and control ERA's expenditure by switching off electrical appliances in open areas every day as by given regulations.
Handle photocopying activities when called upon to do so
Dispatch internal correspondences within the given timelines.
Perform any other duties as may be reasonably assigned by the supervisor or Management.

Qualifications and Competencies
Uganda Certificate of Education
Must have at least Three (3) Years of relevant working experience in a reputable organization.
Should be below 35 years of age.
