Administrative roles - Manage and document correspondences between USTP office with partners and stakeholders including membership documents for all partners.
Providing administrative, secretarial, operational, and logistical support to office. Support new staff orientation, on-boarding and other HR initiatives.
Support and work with Finance Officer in regular custody of assets, verification and maintaining the asset register.
Prepare for meetings, conferences, workshops, training and support with rapporteur and any other roles.
Maintain hard copy and electronic versions of a USTP archive, including agreements, consultant documents, procurement files, reports, and minutes of staff meetings.
Procurement of goods and services and management of property and equipment.
Preparing Local Purchase Orders.
Assist in the evaluation and selection of appropriate suppliers and contractors, to promote good procurement practice with due regard to sustainability, ethical purchasing standards and costing.
University degree in relevant administrative courses – BBA/Procurement/Finance and administration/Social work and Social Administration, etc.
3 years’ experience in similar functions.
