You’ll support school teams to build safe, inclusive learning environments and lead initiatives that promote gender equity and child participation.

The Communication Officer is tasked with creating and executing a comprehensive communication strategy that aligns with PEAS’ organizational objectives

You will support school improvement by conducting inspections, monitoring progress, and providing reports to ensure continuous improvement within the assigned schools.

This position will collaborate with the School Network team to deliver professional HR expertise to school leaders and staff.

This role focuses primarily (90%) on managing grants and ensuring compliance, reporting, and coordination, with a secondary focus (10%) on supporting new business development.
