Technical Team Associate

PEAS Uganda

Location: Zambia, Uganda, or Ghana

Contract: 6-month fixed term, with possibility of extension

PEAS is hiring a Technical Team Associate to join our Global Technical Team for a 6-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic education programmes, research, and monitoring and evaluation across our work in Uganda, Zambia, and Ghana.

You’ll support the design of teacher training, education content, and monitoring tools, while helping PEAS improve programme quality and share our learnings more widely. You’ll work closely with teams across our network and contribute to work that directly improves education outcomes for hundreds of thousands of young people.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Strong writing, research, and communication skills

  • Experience designing teacher training, content, or education programmes

  • Strong data analysis and presentation skills (Excel required; STATA or R a plus)

  • Minimum Bachelor’s in Education, Development, Economics, or similar

  • A collaborative, adaptable and proactive mindset
