Support the implementation of the Supply Chain Integrity Program (SCIP) in Uganda. SCIP is a NKG program that aims to enable NKG’s companies to meet supply chain due diligence requirements by adopting a management approach ensuring economic viability.

This role is pivotal in ensuring end-to-end operational excellence—from intake to export.

The position will be based in Kampala, Uganda with frequent travels to our upcountry locations and reports directly to the Quality Manager.

Collaborate with the Head of Procurement to develop and implement seasonal coffee buying strategies aligned with market trends, crop forecasts, and company goals.

Administer and maintain IT infrastructure: servers, networks, business applications.

The Procurement/Field Services Unit (FSU) Manager, this role requires a hands-on, quality-focused individual with strong leadership and organizational skills to manage operations at the station level.

The HR & Admin Associate will report to the Country HR & Admin Manager and will provide operational support on various HR and office admin processes

The Logistics Coordinator will coordinate and oversee the efficient and effective logistics operations ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of coffee exports.

Accurate data entry in UCMS: Ensuring that supplier’s information i.e. name, tonnage and truck numbers are entered into the system.
