How to Apply
Administer and maintain IT infrastructure: servers, networks, business applications.
Monitor system performance, security, and data integrity.
Handle escalated technical issues and ensure prompt resolutions.
Lead deployment of new IT systems, hardware, and software.
Coordinate IT support across departments and mentor junior IT staff.
Enforce IT security policies, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
Ensure compliance with licensing, policies, and data protection regulations.
Maintain detailed documentation of systems and procedures.
Assess and recommend upgrades to IT systems and processes.
Liaise with external vendors and service providers.
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT operations or systems administration.
Strong knowledge of networks, servers, cloud services, and cybersecurity.
Proficient in Windows/Linux, virtualization, and backup systems.
Familiar with Active Directory, Office 365, antivirus tools, and firewalls.
Hands-on experience with ITIL or ITSM platforms is a plus.
Certifications such as Network+, Security+, Microsoft, or Cisco (CCNA/CCNP) are desirable.
Strong troubleshooting and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
High integrity, attention to detail, resilience, and proactive mindset.
Fluent in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
