Each Team Leader will supervise a multidisciplinary field team of 3–7 staff working in adult education, livelihood development, community strengthening, civic engagement, and protection.

The primary responsibility is to ensure that the Human Resource procedures are followed and implemented in compliance with the FRC defined systems and processes.

Responsible for transporting project staff and goods safely to and from project areas.

Team Leader will coordinate and plan financial and digital literacy training implementation, provide technical expertise on training of voluntary community-based trainers

Support line managers in change management, team building, addressing organisational challenges and identify key HR issues for management attention.

Build capacity of field staff in the use of data capture tools, procedures and reporting including mobile data collection that is disaggregated by location, age and sex/gender.

Support the selection process of refugees to be trained, location of learning groups and formation.

Conduct operational reviews to ensure that funds and assets are used according to organisational policies and procedures.

Plan and implement functional adult literacy (FAL) and language training – such as English for Adults (EFA), and business skill trainings following the agreed curricula, topics and themes.

Contribute to organisation’s strategic objective of being an expert adult education operator and provide vision on how to achieve this.

Arrange and prepare orientation schedules for all the newly hired staff and provide them with the necessary start-up paperwork

Support identification and mapping of other stakeholders providing financial services and literacy trainings at settlement level.
