The Finance Manager provides both operational and programmatic support to the organization.

Plan, monitor and manage all hotel’s operations cost

Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing carrying costs.

Receive and attend to guests’ requests and inquiries, investigate and address complaints regarding poor housekeeping service in a timely manner.

Informs customer when there is a problem regarding payment being rejected, in a polite and helpful manner

Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sector’s rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards

Monitor and control all costs associated with the hotel Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts

Communicate with customers to resolve issues and provide excellent service and Develop and implement transportation strategies to reduce costs and improve operations.

Ensuring all installations, maintenance, and upgrades are carried out on schedule and to client specifications.

Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments

Coordinate with internal stakeholders, such as production, finance, and operations, to align procurement activities with business needs.

Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
