As Country Liaison Advisor in the African Centre for School Leadership (ACSL), you bring the broader picture of the pan-African hub on effective school leadership to the partners in the country and represent the country context towards the ACSL partners at the continental level.

The Strategic Education Advisor, school leadership, provides technical and strategic advice and guidance on school leadership within VVOB’s team and outside the organisation.

The Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL) Advisor will support our evidence-based work in education development.

Establish and maintain mechanisms to ensure accountability to affected populations, donors, and stakeholders.

Compile reports on operational performance for senior management. Use data analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Manage resources such as workforce, materials, and equipment to optimize usage.

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure the organization’s financial stability and growth.

Assist students in selecting courses, creating academic plans, and meeting graduation requirements.

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

You will synthesize findings into comprehensive reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

You maintain strengthen and oversee effective systems and procedures for HR management, and you manage HR policies and procedures aligned with global VVOB standards and local law.

You oversee the procurement, logistics and administrative functions ensuring value, efficiency, and compliance of the organization to local and global policies.
