Job Description
The role involves reaching out to prospective and existing clients via phone to market and sell the company’s financial products, particularly loans. The Tele Sales Officer will generate leads, follow up on referrals, support branch sales teams, and conduct courtesy calls to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication, persuasion, and multitasking skills, along with the ability to manage customer queries and provide high-quality customer service.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Enhance customer service and promote a positive company image.
Interest potential clients in taking up loans offered by Platinum Credit (U) Ltd.
Obtain referrals from existing customers to expand the client base.
Support branch retail sales by directing region-based clients to relevant branches.
Deliver effective and efficient customer service via phone.
Conduct after-sales courtesy calls to assess customer satisfaction.
Secure sales for company products through persuasive communication.
Retain customers and onboard new clients.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum Qualifications:
Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related business field from a recognized institution.
At least six (6) months of experience in tele-sales.
Strong ability to close sales and resolve customer complaints.
Knowledge of Office Administration.
Age range: 23–30 years.
Other Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good people and listening skills; stress management.
Analytical skills for report writing.
Integrity and team management capability.
Strong understanding of credit/lending policies.
Proficiency in computer and database management.
Ability to plan, multitask, and manage time efficiently.
