To provide leadership for building, growing and maintaining a high-quality portfolio of SME loans in line with Platinum Credit Uganda Ltd strategy and objectives.

Responsible for growing the loan portfolio of the branch across all products, ensuring high-quality performance, and leading a motivated sales team to exceed sales and service delivery expectations.

Lead and manage a dynamic sales team, drive sales and marketing initiatives, and oversee branch operations to ensure the achievement of sales targets and effective service delivery.

The Branch Coordinator will be responsible for leading and coordinating all sales and marketing efforts for the Logbook Finance Product across designated branches.

The ideal candidates will drive sales, lead a motivated team, and ensure excellent portfolio quality and customer satisfaction.

You will market, appraise and directly participate in collection of SME loans in line with stipulated company rules and policies.

Recovering all civil servant loans lent through loan booking and payments, constant follow up of non-performing accounts through phone calls and payroll resubmissions

Contributing to execution of the Internal Audit Plan and providing assurance as required by Platcorp Group Board Audit & Risk Committee

You will Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, or consultations with managers.

You will Develop and implement communication initiatives to boost employee engagement, enhance workplace culture, and strengthen internal relationships.

The overall purpose of the role is to grow the portfolio of the branch month on month across all products while maintaining high portfolio quality through a motivated team and satisfied customers.
