Job Description
As a Direct Sales Agent, you will be responsible for onboarding new sellers to the Jiji platform and marketing the platform’s Premium Services. You will interact directly with clients, educate them on the benefits of Jiji’s services, and assist them in setting up and optimizing their seller accounts. This role is ideal for highly driven individuals with sales passion, looking for a flexible and remote opportunity with performance-based rewards.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Identify and register new sellers on the Jiji platform.
Promote and sell Jiji Premium Services to potential clients.
Educate sellers about the platform's features and benefits.
Guide new users through account setup and service selection.
Meet and exceed sales targets to earn commissions and bonuses.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum Requirements:
Must own a smartphone.
Prior sales experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
Competencies:
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Target-driven with strong interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of e-commerce and online platforms is a plus.
