Job Description
As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding the company’s customer base and increasing revenue through effective sales strategies. This includes identifying potential customers, demonstrating product value, providing excellent customer service, and working independently in the field. The company welcomes fresh graduates from the Class of 2025 and provides training for those without experience in solar or lighting products. A competitive salary and commission-based incentives are offered.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Drive sales of solar and lighting products
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Provide knowledgeable and courteous customer service
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
Conduct field visits to meet clients and demonstrate products
Promote product awareness and benefits
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Education:
Minimum of Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE)
A certificate or short course in sales, marketing, or customer service is an added advantage
Recent graduates (Class of 2025) are encouraged to apply; training will be provided
Experience:
6 months to 1 year of sales experience preferred
Experience in solar or lighting products is an added advantage but not required
Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in interacting with diverse clients
Willingness to learn and grow in the role
Energetic, self-driven, and target-oriented
Ability to work independently and conduct client visits
