Job Description
The Steward/Cleaner will perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing various areas within the office. They will also manage kitchen cleanliness, wash dishes and utensils, empty waste bins, and assist with simple food preparation when needed. The role requires maintaining high standards of hygiene and supporting general facility needs.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Sweep, mop, dust, and clean office floors, desks, windows, and other common areas.
Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of kitchen and dining areas.
Empty waste bins and ensure proper disposal of trash.
Assist with basic food preparation tasks.
Support staff with basic facility needs as required.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications and Experience
Prior experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial services is preferred.

Competencies
Ability to manage time and complete tasks independently.
Physically fit to carry out cleaning duties.
Honest, reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
