Job Description
The Sales Executive (IT Sales Solutions) will spearhead market penetration strategies, manage existing client relationships, and explore opportunities for new business partnerships. The role requires an individual who is both analytical and strategic, capable of identifying trends, understanding client needs, and working closely with OEMs and internal teams to deliver bespoke technology solutions. The candidate will also lead the execution of marketing strategies, product customization, contract negotiations, and overall sales operations to achieve set revenue targets.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Provide leadership and strategic direction for business expansion in Kenya
Execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy tailored to individual product lines
Work with strategy teams to analyze new markets, customer segments, and competitors
Identify and secure partnership opportunities along the technology value chain
Develop proposals, lead presentations, and close business deals
Collaborate with OEMs and product teams to deliver customized solutions
Ensure timely preparation and execution of Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Oversee sales and marketing plans in line with company growth objectives
Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns, digital strategies, and PR efforts
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
Experience in business development and market expansion
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Results-oriented and self-driven
