The successful candidate will oversee all human resource activities including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, policy development, and compliance.

Manage the client’s schedule, meetings, and travel logistics, while ensuring smooth communication and administration.

Manage their supply chain and inventory activities.

Support day-to-day financial operations including data entry, reconciliation, payment processing, inventory auditing, and compliance reporting to help improve administrative efficiency and organizational performance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for Cash flow management, maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance and handle investment transactions.

The successful candidate will be responsible to penetrate Uganda and to drive market penetration of the products in various industry sectors – such as agriculture and hospitality, as well as households.

The ideal candidate must have experience working in the big four audit firms, have tax knowledge and have a good understanding of Uganda’s financial regulations.

Provide a bi-weekly report to the Company and, by end of each quarter, review the sales development status within the region

Establishes and ensures adherence to the best practices in safe custody of cash to protect the company from unnecessary financial losses.
