Job Description
The Trade Development Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, preparing compelling proposals, onboarding clients, and maintaining productive customer relationships. This role involves engaging potential clients through B2B sales efforts, providing feedback to internal teams, and contributing to the company’s expansion goals in the Western region.

How to Apply
Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs
Prepare persuasive sales proposals detailing product benefits and pricing
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer preferences
Build and maintain relationships with clients while handling inquiries and complaints professionally
Follow up on all assigned and inbound leads to ensure timely engagement and conversion
Onboard new merchants in compliance with KYC and internal procedures
Maintain accurate customer and sales data in the CRM system
Submit periodic reports outlining performance achievements and areas for improvement
Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 1 year experience in B2B sales as a Sales Executive
Proven sales record and knowledge of retail industry trends and challenges
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills
