Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Clinical Services, the Marketing and Liaison Officer will coordinate all aspects of marketing and public relations. The officer will develop marketing plans, organize promotional events, manage relationships with stakeholders, and support marketing efforts for specialized units such as the Cancer Unit, IVF, and Dialysis. The role includes market research, branding, client relations, report writing, and event coordination to support the hospital’s growth and community impact.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the PR and Marketing Department’s activities
Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with hospital goals
Liaise with corporates, suppliers, clients, and partner organizations
Manage production and distribution of marketing materials
Plan and execute marketing and PR events (e.g. seminars, medical camps, open days, CSR)
Conduct market research and provide actionable insights
Develop and oversee implementation of the hospital’s marketing plan
Enhance the hospital’s public image and internal branding
Handle client feedback and resolve concerns or escalate where necessary
Prepare and submit regular marketing reports
Support the marketing of specialized units (Cancer, IVF, Dialysis)
Perform any other duties as assigned by hospital management

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Development, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing or public relations role
Passionate about marketing and healthcare outreach
Strong grasp of modern marketing tools and strategies
Proven ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns independently
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Experience in healthcare marketing is an added advantage
