Job Description

The ideal candidate will lead the development and execution of sales strategies aimed at expanding market reach and driving revenue growth for fertilizer products. The role includes managing customer relationships, analyzing market trends, and overseeing the daily sales operations. The Sales Executive will collaborate closely with the marketing team, prepare reports for management, and ensure that sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet company objectives

  • Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve set targets

  • Identify and cultivate potential clients in the agriculture sector

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

  • Leverage existing networks to increase market share

  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior

  • Generate and present regular sales performance reports to management

  • Work with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns
