Job Description
The Operations Lead will be responsible for managing all aspects of operations across various projects. This includes supervising daily workflows, approving and monitoring budgets, managing tools and resources, ensuring timely project delivery, and maintaining internal and external communications. The successful candidate will also support human resources in staffing and training, resolve escalations, uphold health and safety standards, and ensure client satisfaction by meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations, team output, and achievement of project goals.
Identify and address gaps in skills, tools, equipment, and materials.
Manage operational logistics including fleet, tools, invoicing, and resources.
Approve project budgets and ensure implementation within budget and time constraints.
Coordinate internal and external teams and maintain effective communication channels.
Develop deployment plans and ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery.
Fulfill deliverables according to scope and project processes.
Deliver on client KPIs including SLAs, customer experience, quality, and safety.
Maintain strong customer relationships for both new and existing clients.
Collaborate with department heads to improve processes and team performance.
Support HR in recruitment and training aligned to company culture.
Handle escalations related to scope, SLAs, and complaints.
Monitor market competition and maintain competitive advantage.
Ensure compliance with industry and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) requirements.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
4–5 years of work experience in operations, project management, or related roles.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage budgets and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Proficiency in handling escalations and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
Familiarity with EHS standards and operational compliance.
