Job Description
Job Title: Human Resource Manager
Organisation: Rahim Foods
Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
Job Purpose:
To lead and manage the HR function at Rahim Foods by developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and practices that support business objectives, promote employee engagement, and ensure compliance with labor laws and ethical standards.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum 5 years as an HR Manager or Personnel Officer, preferably in hospitality
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field
Diploma in Restaurant Management is a plus
Proven experience in recruiting across all levels: junior, senior, seasonal, and part-time
Strong understanding of employment regulations, especially flexible contracts
Proficient with ATS, payroll systems, and resume databases
Skills & Attributes:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Professional, polished appearance and demeanor
Team-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
