Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
Job Description:
As an HR Officer, you will assist the Human Resources department with recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and day-to-day administrative tasks. You will work closely with the HR Manager to support HR operations across all Chicken Tonight locations.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2-3 years HR experience (Hospitality/QSR
industry preferred)
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion
Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office tools.
