Provide regular feedback to the Branch Manager with any relevant information that will maintain and improve customer acquisition, repayments, and retention. Follow up will all defaulting customers to ensure that the Portfolio at Risk is maintained at acceptable levels.

Seek and educate potential Boda Loan customers on Mogo Loans SMC Ltd and its Boda Boda loan products.
Meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly and yearly sales Targets.
Maintaining an accurate record of sales, scheduled customer appointments and customer complaints.
Following up on payment commitments made by customers to ensure compliance.
Administration of Boda loans and monitoring closely all loan repayments to ensure that Portfolio quality is well managed.
Screening and enrolling eligible customers by guiding them on the requirements for a Boda Boda loan.
Calling potential customers to explain company products and encouraging purchases.
Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to relevant departments.
Developing and sustaining long-lasting customers.
Analyzing competitors, products, and procedures for better delivery by Mogo Loans SMC Ltd.
Provide regular feedback to the Branch Manager with any relevant information that will maintain and improve customer acquisition, repayments, and retention.

A Minimum of a bachelor's degree in commerce, Business Administration, Education Economics, or any other relevant field.
At least 2 years of working experience as a loans officer or in the Microfinance Industry. Between 22 and 32 years of age
Must have a proven performance track record with a clean background.
Preferably familiar with the Boda Boda Industry
Experience in riding and should possess a valid riding/driving permit with class A.
Must demonstrate high level of discipline and integrity.
