Job Description

The Direct Sales Agent will play a key role in driving FTTH service subscriptions by identifying potential customers, presenting internet plans, guiding clients through contract sign-up and registration processes, and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently, and a passion for sales. Agents will also provide feedback on market trends and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual FTTH sales targets.

  • Canvass designated territories and engage potential customers.

  • Present and demonstrate product features to prospective clients.

  • Guide customers through the completion of service contracts.

  • Conduct biometric registration and collect all KYC documents.

  • Attend trade shows and promotional events as needed.

  • Maintain daily reports of sales performance and leads generated.

  • Review personal sales performance regularly and work to exceed targets.

  • Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.

  • Participate in team meetings and share best sales practices.

  • Ensure proper merchandising and brand representation in the field.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Diploma in Marketing or related discipline.

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience with a telecom or Internet Service Provider.
