Job Description
The Direct Sales Agent will play a key role in driving FTTH service subscriptions by identifying potential customers, presenting internet plans, guiding clients through contract sign-up and registration processes, and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently, and a passion for sales. Agents will also provide feedback on market trends and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions.

How to Apply
Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual FTTH sales targets.
Canvass designated territories and engage potential customers.
Present and demonstrate product features to prospective clients.
Guide customers through the completion of service contracts.
Conduct biometric registration and collect all KYC documents.

Review personal sales performance regularly and work to exceed targets.

Mandatory Requirements:
Diploma in Marketing or related discipline.
Minimum of 1 year of sales experience with a telecom or Internet Service Provider.
