Job Description
The Marketing Officers will be responsible for increasing the visibility, sales, and market penetration of Aspire One Beauty’s products. The role involves direct field marketing, engaging with pharmacies, beauty outlets, corporate clients, and skincare professionals. Officers will conduct market surveys, analyze trends, prepare reports, identify new client opportunities, and contribute to the company’s sales strategy. They will be expected to achieve defined sales targets and represent the brand with professionalism and integrity in all marketing and promotional engagements.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Actively promote Aspire One Beauty products to expand market coverage
Conduct market surveys and collect data on trends and customer preferences
Engage clients at pharmacies, beauty outlets, and corporate premises
Identify potential customers and product opportunities
Support procurement and planning of new projects
Gather and relay customer feedback to management
Deliver product information professionally to clients and skincare professionals
Participate in expos, networking events, and product demonstrations
Develop and propose marketing strategies for management review
Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Maintain a client database and uphold professional relationships
Meet or exceed sales targets set by management
Ensure confidential handling of company information
Carry out any additional tasks assigned by management

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or related field from a recognized institution
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in field marketing, especially with cosmetics or dermaceutical products
Skills and Competencies:
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Field marketing experience is a must
Proficient in Microsoft Office and generating sales reports
Business-minded, target-driven, and well-presented
Professional dress sense and conduct
Female candidates below 30 years are preferred
