We are seeking a highly professional and customer-focused Apprentice to join our Reception team. You will be the first point of contact for all walk-in clients, responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing inquiries, handling complaints, and supporting front-office operations.

Client Engagement (Walk-ins)
Greet and assist all walk-in clients courteously and efficiently.
Provide timely and high-quality service, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Maintain a professional demeanor at all times when dealing with clients.
Customer Complaints Management
Accurately capture and document customer complaints in the bank’s complaint management system (BOC).
Resolve or escalate issues promptly, ensuring effective follow-up on all cases, especially those that can be addressed at the first point of contact.
Records & Mail Management
Receive, record, and direct hand-delivered mail to the appropriate department (Mail Centre).
Acknowledge and submit treasury bills into the treasury box every Wednesday.
Keep an accurate log of incoming and outgoing courier packages for reference and accountability.
Call Handling
Professionally manage all incoming calls via the bank’s main lines (2200 & 2000).
Handle both internal and external inquiries promptly and efficiently.
Facilities Oversight
Coordinate with Facilities Management to ensure the reception area, waiting areas, and meeting rooms are clean, organized, and fully functional.
Monitor the operation of air conditioning and lighting, ensuring they are turned off at the end of the day.
