The purpose of the Head of Programme position is to assume overall responsibility for programme development and strategic vision in the country promoting learning and a cost-conscious culture as well as ensure effective and constructive communication between related functions and Area offices.

Coordinate and manage the education project implementation (activities, budget, and project documentation) in line with proposals, strategies, guidelines and donor requirements.

Responsible for developing and managing funding proposals, project budgets, and donor reports.

Contribute to the development of donor applications and reports, as well as ensuring donor compliance and quality control

Prepare and submit reports and analysis as required; responsible for the preparation of financial reports to NRC and donors

The purpose of the Finance Manager is to be responsible that the financial set up is according to NRC standard and to support programme/project implementation.

The Field Coordinator will Manage day to day HR & Admin, finance, logistics and security tasks of the field office

Implements independently procedures and activities within own function or core competency as delegated.
