The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is a leading humanitarian organization dedicated to protecting the rights of displaced people and supporting them with shelter, education, legal assistance, food security, and livelihoods in some of the world’s most challenging environments. Known for its neutrality, professionalism, and impactful fieldwork, NRC has earned global recognition and trust, especially in conflict-affected regions across Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and Latin America. The organization fosters an inclusive, mission-driven work culture that values courage, innovation, and collaboration, offering employees a dynamic environment with opportunities for personal growth, global mobility, and remote work where applicable.

Operating in over 30 countries with thousands of staff and volunteers, NRC is anchored in core values of dedication, transparency, inclusivity, and accountability.
