Coordinate role specific inductions with line managers and ensure recommendations are followed up and documented.

Ensure the international travel register is updated timely and any updates shared with the Administration team.

Ensure the procurement manual is kept under review and up-to-date and complies with MS Global Standards and best practice.

Work collaboratively with communication and advocacy teams to lead and facilitate feedback and information sharing across departments, implementing teams relating to donor priorities

Cleaning and preparing equipment and containers used to prepare and dispense medicines and pharmaceutical compounds.

Maintain the best customer handling standards and train all staff at the Hospital to provide the best customer experience.

Making wish lists for required hospital sundries, equipment, medicines and other supplies for specific wards/units
