Position Overview
Are you passionate about digital strategy, data-driven campaigns, and social impact? MSUG is looking for a Digital Officer to build and manage its digital presence, drive client engagement, and increase service uptake through innovative online strategies.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute campaigns that boost visibility for MSUG services and products, generate leads, and increase client footfall. This role is ideal for a hands-on, creative digital marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
1. Digital Platform Management
Plan, create, execute, and manage digital campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp, TikTok, Google, and X (formerly Twitter).
Enhance and maintain the online presence of MSUG and its brands.
Monitor, respond to, and manage digital community engagement (inquiries, comments, and messages).
Collaborate with teams to develop compelling, original content that aligns with brand identity.
2. Client Acquisition & Campaign Performance
Own and optimize the digital customer journey—segment audiences, drive engagement, and boost conversion rates.
Develop, manage, and track digital marketing campaigns for MSUG products such as Flame, Lifeguard, Back Up, and WellPlan.
Identify and partner with influencers and bloggers to increase reach and brand trust.
Monitor competitor activity and recommend strategies to strengthen MSUG’s digital positioning.
3. Analytics & Reporting
Track, measure, and report campaign performance against KPIs and ROI benchmarks.
Provide weekly and monthly insights to improve strategy and business decisions.
Ensure full and effective use of digital tools and analytics platforms (CRM, ad platforms, Google My Business, etc.).
4. Content & Communication
Create digital toolkits, content calendars, and internal/external campaign assets.
Develop engaging social media content, email campaigns, and web content.
Support internal communication needs and assist in promoting corporate or community events online.
5. Digital Asset Management
Take ownership of company-assigned digital assets (phones, laptops, cameras, etc.), ensuring they are used appropriately and maintained in good condition.
Stay up-to-date with digital trends and technologies; integrate new tools and approaches to keep campaigns relevant and competitive.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare or NGO sectors.
Solid understanding of SEO/SEM, CRM platforms, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and email marketing tools.
Hands-on experience with WordPress, analytics tools, and campaign management platforms.
Skills in media editing, graphic design, or video editing are an added advantage.
Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable marketing strategies.
Proven ability to lead digital campaigns from concept to execution.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
10% quarterly improvement in digital engagement (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing).
15% increase in social media engagement (likes, shares, comments, etc.) each quarter.
Growth in conversion rates across all digital channels.
Effective use of all digital tools and reporting systems.
Development and execution of targeted campaigns that drive visibility and service uptake.

Proactive, creative, and open to learning.
Comfortable working under pressure and able to manage competing priorities.
Willing to travel as required—sometimes on short notice.
