Position Overview: Contact Centre Agent

We are seeking motivated and service-oriented individuals to join our Contact Centre team. The Contact Centre Agent will handle inbound and outbound communications, provide SRH information and counselling, and support client referrals to Marie Stopes service channels.

  • Client Interaction: Receive and respond to all incoming calls, offering accurate counselling and information related to SRH services.

  • Documentation: Accurately record all client interactions in the C3 Contact Centre system.

  • Client Referrals: Refer clients to Marie Stopes health centers, hospitals, and other service delivery points to increase uptake of services.

  • Conversion Tracking: Ensure referred clients are followed up and converted into actual visits.

  • Chat & Social Media Engagement: Handle messages through IMI Chat and social media, ensuring language use is appropriate, clear, and grammatically correct.

  • Chat Referrals: Follow up with clients engaged via chat to support service referrals and conversions.

  • Post-Service Follow-Up: Use the Electronic Health Records (EHR) system to review and gather client feedback after services.

  • E-Coupon Issuance: Issue electronic coupons for clients referred to Marie Stopes centers to track uptake of core services.

  • Escalation: Flag sensitive or complex issues to the Contact Centre Team Leader.

  • Training & Development: Participate in online training to enhance counselling skills and personal development.

  • Performance Reporting: Identify and report underperformance in call volume, chat handling, or general operations to the Team Leader.

  • Other Duties: Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the Contact Centre Team Leader.
