Provide insights from dashboards created, highlight interventions, propose trainings or actions for improvements based on Voice of the customer analytics within the bank.

Explain credit loan facility options and qualifying criteria to customers, and support customers in the completion of credit application information requirements.

Working closely with Credit Managers and Relationship Managers (RMs) to implement remedial plans by recommending appropriate actions for noncompliant customers.
