As part of our expansion into Uganda, we are strengthening our Marketing Team with creative talent that can help us tell powerful stories, build strong brand presence, and connect deeply with our customers.

This role is key in supporting the delivery of the company key performance targets and the client relations strategy by working collaboratively with other collection agents/officers under the supervision of a team leader or an associate manager while working to schedule, deliver financial targets and provide an exceptional client experience.

As a Product Manager at FIDO Uganda, you’ll play a key role in building impactful financial products tailored to the needs of African users.

You'll work collaboratively with colleagues, team leads, and managers to implement strategies that drive repayments, strengthen client relationships, and help Fido meet its performance targets.

In this role, you’ll be the voice of the customer, working closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Customer Support to ensure every product decision is informed by real user needs.

You’ll conduct interviews, gather insights, analyze customer behavior, and help define product requirements.

This is a hybrid role that blends offline marketing and field support with digital campaign execution ideal for someone who can think strategically, execute quickly, and leverage AI tools to get more done with less.

You will Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, investigate and provide relevant solutions.

The Customer Support Representative will Manage large numbers of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.

The Creative Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing visually compelling and on-brand creative content to support Fido’s marketing campaigns in Uganda.

The Social & Creative Specialist will manage Fido’s social media presence in Uganda, shooting, and crafting engaging content that drives brand awareness and community engagement.

Responsible for Optimizing the customer journey, ensuring smooth onboarding flows and re-engagement strategies for inactive users.
