The Role: Associate Product Manager (User Research Focus)
We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager with a strong passion for user research and insight-driven development. In this role, you’ll be the voice of the customer, working closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Customer Support to ensure every product decision is informed by real user needs.
This is a high-impact opportunity for someone eager to grow into a full Product Manager role while making a meaningful difference in how users experience financial tools.

How to Apply
Conduct user interviews and shadow support teams to uncover user pain points and behavior.

Contribute to go-to-market strategies by ensuring messaging resonates with real user challenges.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years’ experience in user research, product management, UX, or a similar role.
Strong analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset centered around the user.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods (e.g., interviews, usability testing, surveys).
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with shifting priorities.
Background in fintech, emerging markets, or mobile apps is a strong advantage.
