The Opportunity
We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager with a strong focus on user research—a curious and driven individual who wants to understand real customer needs and help turn insights into impactful product improvements.
In this role, you’ll work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and the Customer Support team to build a user-first product. You’ll conduct interviews, gather insights, analyze customer behavior, and help define product requirements. Over time, you’ll grow into a full Product Manager role with expanded ownership and influence.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Conduct in-depth user research through interviews, usability testing, and support call analysis
Translate research insights into clear, actionable product recommendations
Work alongside Product Managers and Designers to define feature requirements
Support product development by aligning customer pain points with solutions
Track product performance and identify opportunities for iteration or enhancement
Organize and run user feedback sessions for both new and existing features
Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and user behavior
Contribute to go-to-market efforts by ensuring alignment between messaging and user needs
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3 years of experience in user research, product management, or a related field
Strong analytical thinking and a deep empathy for users
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience with research methods like interviews, surveys, and usability testing
Ability to synthesize data and turn insights into product improvements
Comfortable in a fast-paced, iterative product environment
Background in financial services, emerging markets, or mobile app development is a plus
