The Officer, Program Implementation – Safe Water Now Position is primarily a field-based position, which plays an important role in the expansion of Chlorine Dispensers/Inline Chlorination (ILC) program in delivering safe water and hygiene knowledge in the target communities.

The Coordinator will oversee training sessions, logistics, stakeholder engagement, inventory management, and ensure quality data collection and reporting in collaboration with the MLE team.

This position ensures sufficient and uninterrupted supply of chlorine and service & hardware maintenance of the installed chlorine dispensers.

The holder of this position carries the responsibility in regards to program supplies management, warehouse/store management and asset management

Primary responsibility is to provide 1st and 2nd level technical support and problem resolution, primarily via phone or remote desktop support tools, to the organization’s employees.

Participate in bench-testing of electronic instruments as part of training and instrument improvement process

Maintaining a well-organized hard data and folders of promoter scripts, contacts etc, any other activity assigned by the supervisor
