Tender Description:
The Entity seeks to procure heavy duty printers to enhance its printing, duplication, and document production capabilities. The printers will support high-volume printing needs for academic materials, examinations, training documents, and administrative records. The procurement aims to improve efficiency, reliability, and quality of document production within the institution.
Scope of Work:
The successful bidder shall be responsible for the supply, delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning of heavy duty printers at the Entity. The scope includes provision of brand-new equipment that meets the required technical specifications, together with all necessary accessories, consumables where applicable, user manuals, and manufacturer warranties. The supplier shall ensure that the printers are fully operational upon delivery and provide technical support, maintenance guidance, and after-sales services as required. The bidder shall also ensure timely delivery, proper installation, and training of designated Entity staff on basic operation and routine maintenance of the equipment to ensure efficient and sustainable use.
