The successful bidders shall be responsible for delivering works and services under the respective lots in accordance with the Organization’s technical specifications and standards. This includes construction of the Omot piped water system in Agago District and rehabilitation of the Aloto piped water scheme in Kitgum District, covering all civil, mechanical, and plumbing works required to ensure full functionality and sustainability. The service provider for internet connectivity shall supply, install, and maintain reliable internet services for the Organization offices, ensuring consistent uptime and technical support. The security services provider shall deploy trained personnel to provide unarmed guarding services at the Organization premises, ensuring protection of staff, assets, and facilities in accordance with agreed security procedures and protocols. All works and services shall be executed within the stipulated timelines, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
