The successful bidders shall be responsible for the continuous provision of goods and services under the respective framework contracts as and when required by the Institute. This includes delivering cleaning, sanitation, and waste management services in accordance with health and environmental standards; supplying quality stationery and printer consumables to support administrative and academic operations; providing certified personal protective equipment for staff and students; and ensuring timely repair, servicing, and maintenance of institutional motor vehicles to maintain operational readiness. The scope also includes supply, installation, repair, and servicing of fire safety system accessories to ensure compliance with safety regulations and protection of life and property. All suppliers and service providers shall ensure timely delivery, adherence to technical specifications, and maintenance of high-quality standards throughout the contract period to support the Institute’s training and operational needs.
