The successful consultant shall be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering customized e-learning content for integration into the Bank's Learning Management System (LMS). The scope includes conducting a needs assessment and content mapping in collaboration with the Bank to identify priority training areas, developing structured digital learning modules, multimedia content, assessments, and interactive learning materials aligned to institutional objectives. The consultant shall ensure that all content is compatible with the Bank’s LMS platform and adheres to international e-learning standards. The assignment also includes content testing, validation, and refinement to ensure usability, accessibility, and learner engagement. In addition, the consultant shall provide documentation, user guides, and capacity-building support for system administrators and content managers, as well as post-delivery support to ensure effective deployment and continuous improvement of the learning materials.
