Tender Description:
The Board seeks to procure and deploy motor vehicles in three lots to support its operational, administrative, and logistical functions. The vehicles will be used for transportation of staff, examination materials, and support supervision activities across the country. The procurement is intended to enhance efficiency, mobility, and timely execution of the Board’s mandate in the management and conduct of national examinations.
Scope of Work:
The successful bidder shall be responsible for the supply, delivery, and commissioning of motor vehicles in accordance with the Board’s specifications under the respective lots. The scope of work includes provision of brand-new vehicles, delivery to the designated Company location, registration assistance where applicable, provision of manufacturer warranties, user manuals, and after-sales service support. The supplier shall ensure that all vehicles meet required safety, technical, and performance standards, and are delivered in roadworthy condition ready for immediate use. The bidder may also be required to provide technical orientation on vehicle operation and maintenance to designated the Board personnel.
