Tender Description:
The Bank seeks to acquire and implement an Integrated Storage System (ISS) platform to improve data storage capacity, performance, and resilience of its ICT systems. The solution will support secure data management, efficient retrieval, system scalability, and business continuity requirements within the Bank’s digital infrastructure environment.
Scope of Work:
The successful bidder shall be responsible for the supply, delivery, installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of a fully functional ISS Storage Platform at the Bank. The scope includes provision of all required hardware, software, licenses, and associated components necessary for full system functionality. The bidder shall integrate the storage platform with the Bank’s existing ICT infrastructure, ensuring compatibility, security, and optimal performance. In addition, the contractor shall conduct system testing, performance validation, and user acceptance testing to confirm operational readiness. The bidder shall also provide technical documentation, user training, and post-implementation support including maintenance, updates, and warranty services to ensure sustained performance and reliability of the system.
