Tender Description:
The assignment involves the provision of goods and equipment to support selected health centres and schools within the operational areas. This includes supply of school furniture, educational materials such as books for essential subjects, and provision of medical equipment and furniture for health facilities. The initiative aims to improve access to quality education and healthcare services in host communities affected by oil and gas operations.
Scope of Work:
The successful bidder shall be responsible for the supply, delivery, and where applicable installation of equipment and materials for selected health centres and schools within the project areas. For schools, the scope includes provision of assorted furniture and learning materials such as textbooks and other curriculum-aligned educational resources. For health centres, the scope includes supply and installation of medical furniture and equipment such as patient beds, lockers, examination tables, diagnostic tools, surgical instruments, and other essential medical supplies. The contractor shall ensure that all goods supplied are of high quality, meet applicable standards and specifications, and are delivered in a timely manner. The contractor may also be required to provide logistical support, installation services, and after-sales support where applicable to ensure full operational readiness of all supplied equipment.
