Tender Description:
The State Owned Enterprise (SOE) invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit sealed bids for the procurement of a commercialization partner for its Optical Fibre Business. The tender seeks a strategic partner to support the commercialization, management, and operational growth of the Company’s optical fibre network.
Scope of Work:
The selected commercialization partner will be responsible for managing, marketing, and commercializing the Company’s Optical Fibre Business.
This includes developing and implementing strategies to attract clients, negotiate and execute service agreements, optimize network utilization, and ensure efficient operations and maintenance of the fibre infrastructure.
The partner will collaborate closely with the Company to monitor performance, provide technical and commercial support, enhance service delivery, and maximize revenue generation, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and the Company’s operational policies.
