The selected consultant shall conduct a comprehensive Pre-Feasibility Study and develop a Masterplan for the Eastern Region Agro-Science, Technology, and Innovation Industrial Park. The scope includes assessing the technical, financial, social, and environmental viability of the proposed industrial park, identifying suitable locations, infrastructure requirements, technology integration, and potential investment opportunities. The consultant will engage with key stakeholders, analyze market demand, define land use and zoning frameworks, and develop a phased development strategy with cost estimates, implementation timelines, and risk mitigation measures. Deliverables will include a detailed report, masterplan documents, maps, and actionable recommendations to guide strategic decision-making and attract investors to the agro-science and innovation ecosystem in the Eastern Region.
