The consulting firm will be responsible for providing independent verification services for activities implemented under the Investment for Industrial Transformation and Employment (INVITE) Project.

The assignment will involve verifying project outputs, outcomes, and performance indicators as reported by implementing partners, beneficiaries, and participating financial institutions.

Specifically, the consultant will assess the accuracy and completeness of reported results, validate beneficiary eligibility and participation, and confirm the delivery and utilization of project-supported services and interventions.

The firm will design and apply appropriate sampling methodologies, conduct field visits, collect and analyze data, and prepare verification and evaluation reports with clear findings and recommendations.

All work shall be carried out in accordance with the terms of reference, World Bank guidelines, and the Company’s standards for transparency, accountability, and quality assurance.
