The key responsibilities include providing an independent opinion on whether the 2025 financial statements present a true and fair view and comply with IFRS, national laws, and donor requirements; reviewing financial records and supporting documents for accuracy and transparency; evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls and recommending improvements; assessing compliance with organizational policies, statutory obligations, and donor agreements; and preparing a comprehensive audit report with findings, recommendations, and management responses, to be presented to the Board or designated oversight committee.
