The successful bidder shall be responsible for the phased upgrade of existing SDH terminals to MPLS-TP technology, including the supply and delivery of all required equipment, software, accessories, and associated infrastructure. The scope shall include site assessments, installation, system integration, configuration, testing, commissioning, migration planning, and implementation of the upgraded communication network with minimal disruption to ongoing operations. The contractor shall also provide technical documentation, training for the Company personnel, warranty support, and post-installation technical assistance. All works shall be carried out in accordance with international telecommunications standards, Company technical specifications, and applicable safety and quality requirements.
